What is the age limit to apply?
Individuals aged 25 or younger are eligible to apply.
Is Next Icon a talent agency?
No. Next Icon is a long-term talent development platform. The platform focuses on identifying and developing exceptional individuals through mentorship, introductions, and long-term support rather than short-term representation.
Is Next Icon an influencer program?
No. While some participants may build public-facing careers, Next Icon is not focused on short-term social media growth. The program focuses on long-term development across multiple fields.
Can I apply from any country?
Yes. Applications are accepted internationally.
Do I need to relocate if I am accepted?
Permanent relocation is not required. Some opportunities may involve travel or short stays in specific locations, which is supported by Next Icon or its partners.

Yes. Parents, teachers, coaches, mentors, and peers may submit nominations on behalf of exceptional individuals under 25.
Can I apply more than once?
Yes. Individuals who are not selected may apply again in the future if their work or circumstances change.
